1. Annual food charges must be paid for all twelve months, even during vacation, for the maintenance and continuation of cooks and other services.
2. A store facility is available to students on the Sanskaram Pathshala campus (Hostel), where all everyday necessities are provided at reasonable prices. A canteen is also available for fruits and other edible items. For this purpose, you can deposit some money into your personal pocket money account.
3. Regarding books and store items, the cost of purchases must be paid along with other charges, which will be adjusted accordingly. Fees can be deposited at the school office between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
4. Do not pay meal charges in cash to any Sanskaram Pathshala employee. If a parent does so, they will be personally responsible for it.
5. In this environment, students will feel at home. However, if a student leaves Sanskaram Pathshala without permission, the institution will only inform you and will not be responsible for anything else. Students who play truant or run away from Sanskaram Pathshala will be readmitted to class only at the parent’s or guardian's responsibility.
6. At Sanskaram Pathshala, students from other states are also admitted. Therefore, for the convenience of all students, it is necessary to deposit the fees for the entire year and other estimated annual expenses in four installments (every three months). In other words, the fees for April, May, and June must be deposited at the time of admission. Similarly, the next three installments must be deposited in July, October, and January, respectively.
7. Keeping money, expensive items, mobile phones, electronic devices, or any other objects prohibited by the Principal or Chief Warden is strictly forbidden. A fine of Rs. 1000 will be imposed. If a student is found guilty a second time, their name will be struck off the school rolls.
8. The tuition fees for three months and the admission fee will not be refunded to students who leave the Sanskaram Pathshala immediately after admission or during the session.
9. All types of annual charges and expenses must be deposited by the 10th of April, July, October, and January. If you are late, you will have to pay a fine of Rs. 10 per day. If the quarterly school fee is not deposited by the 25th, students will not be allowed to attend classes and must remain in the hostel. Students will be sent home after the 30th to get their fees paid.
10. If a student remains absent without the Principal's permission, a fine of Rs. 100 per day will be charged. If the student remains absent again for ten days, their name will be struck off the school rolls.
11. Concession in late fees will be granted only under special circumstances, if the Principal deems it appropriate.
A concession of 10% will be given to those who deposit the whole fee of the session in the first installment only and 5% to those who deposit the whole fee in two installments (Semi annual).
